Please give as much information as you can about the illustration. Where will the image be used (web, print, etc.)? What kind of rights do you need? What is your timeline? What is your budget? The more information you can give the easier it is for me to give you a price.
I deliver all illustrations as jpg-files. If client prefers Photoshop PSD-files, I can deliver that also.
